By accessing this website and/or booking a counselling session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. 

Services Provided

Victory Counselling provides professional counselling services. All sessions are conducted by qualified and licensed professionals, adhering to the ethical guidelines set by the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 . The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis.

User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You must not:
-    Engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to our counsellors or other clients.
-    Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
-    Use the website to transmit any harmful or malicious code.

Appointments and Cancellations

-    Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by phone.
-    Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a fee, as we reserve time specifically for you.
-    No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged as a full session fee.

Payment

Fees for our services are as communicated at the time of booking. Payment is required before the time of your session, unless other arrangements have been made.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Victory Counselling and is protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

While we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, Victory Counselling is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
